Heater Controllers (HC) are multi channel hardware devices, firing single half or full sinusoid waves of the ac (50 or 60 Hz) power supply voltage via triacs or SSRs, to %-control and optional temperature control the power output (heat) of some dozen to many hundred electrical ohmic resistors (heaters) individually.

The actual product family is named HC500.

We continue low volume production of the antecessors HC100, HC200, HC300 and HC400 to ensure spare part availability for thousands of machines in operation with these products world wide.

Next to the hardware, we also offer software for PLCs to use the hardware without the need of PLC programming.
