We develop, manufacturer and market power controllers for electrical heating elements used in industrial heat processes. 

The HC (Heating Controller) requires less space in an electric cabinet when compared to SSR (solid state relay) control.  When open heater detection is desired the HC solution is less expensive then the PLC (process logic controller) controlled SSR.

Our products HC100, HC200, HC300, HC400 and HC500 provide multiple control platforms to best fit our customers application.  The HC's control single heaters and multiple heaters (zones) individually to optimize the heat profile.

The HC products (called HC-blocks) are applied in many hundred machines world wide to include thermoforming machines, PET stretch blow molding machines, dry/cure (i.e. paint) or general material heating.  We supply machine builders having the necessary automation expertise to implement our controllers. We also offer, through system partners, complete retrofits for heat control in existing machines.
